Black Diamond Associates is an organization of certified and skilled professionals who create the forum, processes and expertise to assist organizations in achieving a profitable and customer-focused advantage to compete in a rapidly changing environment.

To illustrate several of the core concepts used in their process, it was determined that video segments would be used to supplement the information provided on their new website.

Solution
The new website, currently under development, will contain several informational video segments that will appear on the web pages relating to these core concepts. These will be educational and promotional in nature.
