Training and Development

My experience in training and development spans several decades and fortune 500 corporations. The range of subject matter is equally as diverse and includes a significant body of work in corporate, industrial and defense environments.

The majority of curriculums created were produced as custom online experiences in proprietary environments, with the most recent being of a classified nature.

All curriculums were designed with the user in mind, resulting in user-friendly interfaces and self-paced learning design. In most cases, a user workbook and a facilitator's guide were provided as additional learning resources. Testing elements were created and implemented where applicable.
