Frisco Direct Mail Campaign

Opportunity
Dun & Bradstreet Plan Services was a major third-party administrator of small group health plans. The company represented many major insurance carriers, and marketed to their agent base and to an independent agent base.

To provide value-added services for agents and customers, Plan Services occasionally had the opportunity to extend beyond the design standards of typical projects and create unique targeted marketing campaigns. The Frisco campaign (named after the dog) was one such series.

Solution
The Frisco campaign was designed to take advantage of the uniqueness of the dog in various scenes to attract attention of producers and agents. Utilizing the photographer’s dog, who was a natural actor in these scenes, the Frisco campaign involved 6 unique setups and was produced for each major insurance carrier. The resulting response from this campaign was overwhelming, and garnished an IABC award for excellence in direct mail.
