McNichols Company is a national distributor of specialty steel and fiberglass products. When fast lube car care franchises began to use a safety grating product in the oil change bay floors, McNichols looked for a way to quickly create a product awareness and training campaign for a national rollout.

Solution
A video promotional was created along with support materials to be used as both a marketing and product installation guide for the customer.

The package was initially rolled out to Valvoline franchises and achieved rapid success. The video was then revised to be more generic with less of a Valvoline footprint and released to other major car care franchises.

McNichols video services department was responsible for the production of an extensive library of video productions that include:

  • A monthly warehouse safety training video segment
  • A product line training series for new hires
  • Numerous sales skills training segments
  • Monthly corporate communications
