Dun & Bradstreet Plan Services was a major third-party administrator of small group health plans. The company represented many major insurance carriers, and marketed to their agent base and to an independent agent base.

To provide value-added services for agents and customers, Plan Services created and distributed carrier-specific marketing materials that represented the small group health plans of that carrier.

Solution
The Monogram campaign represented a multi-element marketing campaign for a new small group health insurance product. Direct mail postcards and slim brochure mailers were used to introduce the product and generate the inbound calls. The product brochure was provided to the agents to be used in conjunction with customer sales calls to illustrate the plan details.
