Dun & Bradstreet R.H. Donnelley of California is a publisher of the southern California yellow pages directory. To provide associates and selected customers with company information, an internal communications vehicle needed to be created.

Solution
R.H. Donnelley, upon seeing the success of the Profile magazine, wanted a solution for mass communications without the start-up cost of building a production entity. Plan Services, with an established track record for producing magazine-style communications, was chosen to be a partner in creating a quarterly magazine in which all production and management of the magazine would occur in the Plan Services offices.
